Senior HR Manager Location: Auckland city fringe Outstanding opportunity for an HR Manager or an experienced HR Business Partner ready for the next step in their career.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director for the APAC region, this role is responsible for providing business partnering and owning functional responsibility in NZ.
The role will lead a motivated and collaborative team to ensure the organisation attracts, develops, motivates, and retains high performing team members.
You will work with and support leaders to build and implement HR solutions.
To provide the right business support, the Senior HR Manager must be not only passionate about the HR agenda but also possess a strong commercial acumen – thinking of themselves as a business leader first.
