Opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to join a global organisation in the CBD.
This role supports the execution of global and regional people strategies. It is an enabling role to create consistent colleague experience across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Senior Stakeholder Management, developing trusted relationships
Creating cohesive and effective partnerships with people leaders
Balancing best practice with commercial acumen to provide guidance and support to the business
Contribute to the development and delivery of a regional strategic plan
People Project Management
Leadership capabilities development
Performance and Reward Management
Talent review and development/retention and resource planning
Engagement analysis and planning
Large scale organisational transformation
Diversity & inclusion champion
Your Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: Ability to consult with an integrated regional approach
Proven ability to build effective relationships
Influence and partner with leaders to develop/execute people strategies
Ability to work in a complex environment

Experience in enterprise change
Organisation design skills and experience
