About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Coordinator for a 6-month temporary contract to support our busy HR team.
This role is perfect for someone with senior-level HR coordination experience and a background in service desk operations.
You'll play a pivotal role in reducing backlogs, improving processes, and keeping our HR systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Chasing compliance checks.Ensuring policy acknowledgements are up to date.Process Improvements: Developing knowledge base articles and standardised responses to common queries.Reviewing and refining letter templates.Updating the HR Operations "How-To" handbook.HRIS Data Updates: Ensuring accurate data entry in our HR system to produce meaningful reports.Team Support: Assisting with overflow tasks from other HR Coordinators.What We're Looking For Experience: Senior HR coordination experience with a proven ability to manage and streamline processes.Skills: Strong service desk background and familiarity with HRIS systems.Attributes: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to get things done.Passion: Enthusiastic about improving systems, writing knowledge base articles, and creating efficient workflows.This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on our client's HR operations while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
