Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time Change focused contract with quality focus. As an organisation going through change and transformation, they need an extra pair of hands in the HR team to support a specific divisions change process for 6-8 weeksWhat you'll be doingWith the initially planning already completed you will be picking up and running with it. You'll work closely with the head of the division on all aspects of the change from communications, road shows, feedback response and analysis through to paperwork and redundancy support. What you'll bringYou'll be a seasoned HR practitioner with tons of change and restructuring experience under your belt. You'll be accustomed working with senior leaders and be both empathetic and strong on process delivery. You'll have exceptionally high attention to detail and be well known for your strong relationship building skills.This is a 6-8 week contract with an immediate start.
