We're on the hunt for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our awesome team and cover a 12-month period of parental leave.
This role is all about solving business problems through effective partnering with leaders to shape and deliver the People strategy and acting as an HR expert to advise, challenge, coach, and support senior leaders.
What You'll Do: * Effective Partnering: Solve business problems and deliver impactful solutions by partnering closely with our leaders.
* Strategic Collaboration: Champion our company values, engage in strategic collaboration, and drive workforce planning.
* Coaching & Support: Act as an HR expert to advise, coach, and support senior leaders in their day-to-day activities.
* Team Collaboration: Work with the business partnering team to identify focus areas within our people and culture experience.
* Initiative Design: Design and drive initiatives that enhance our people's experience.
* Monitor Vibes: Use your intuition to keep a pulse on the team's vibe and escalate issues when necessary.
What You'll Bring: * Experience: Proven HR experience, minimum 7 years, and ideally, as a business partner or cross-functional background including Senior Leader partnering, strategy planning and execution, talent management activities, and workforce planning/organizational design.
* Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to adapt in different situations.
* Communication: Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
* Business Acumen: Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
* Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting information and concepts to influence decision-making.
* Passion: A proactive approach, passion for people/HR, and a great attitude.
