This newly created role will be pivotal in supporting N4L's continued success and fostering a positive, dynamic workplace culture.As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Chief Customer and Brand Officer and support the Chief People Officer, driving initiatives that ensure N4L remains a great place to work where employees are proud to succeed together and empowered to develop, grow and leave a legacy.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with an excellent Senior Business Leader to design and implement a people plan that supports N4L's growth and performance goals.Lead and manage complex change programmes that enhance our culture, improve our effectiveness and align to our values.Mentor and support an HR Business Partner, helping them develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.Provide expert guidance on employment relations issues, ensuring resolutions align with N4L's values and legal requirements.What you will need to be successfulYou're an experienced Senior HR professional with a solid track record in driving strategic initiatives, managing complex change, and developing others.
You build strong relationships with senior leaders, balance big-picture thinking with a pragmatic and professional approach, and have hands-on experience in leading change that benefits both people and performance.
