HR Business Partner, APA, you will:Be part of our amazing People Team at Aderant, reporting to the Global Director, HRBP, TA & People Operations.Nurture our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous growth and organizational excellence.Partner with APA leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.Lead core HR processes across APA (recruitment, operations, employee relations, performance calibration).Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.Onboard new employees with HR policy guidance.Lead and deploy HR initiatives internally and globally.Support the delivery of internal communication to reinforce the company's culture.Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.What can you bring to the role:A minimum of 4+ years' experience working as an HR Business Partner with a deep understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation in New Zealand and Australia.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a good understanding of HRIS.Proven HR experience in a software organization.HR certification is highly desirable.What we offer:As a member of the Aderant Pack, your success is our success.
