DPMC is also the host of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and Cyclone Recovery Unit.Mo tenei turanga mahi | About this roleThe role requires extensive engagement with managers and directors to understand their areas of the organisation, their strategic objectives and to identify and resolve their strategic people risks.
This role supports the development and delivery of HR service, policy, practice and strategy.As the Senior HR Advisor, the role will have a particular focus on ER and Change during this time, whilst ensuring delivery of the HR services within a relationship/account management model and assigned business groups.
The Senior HR Advisor works collaboratively with HR Managers, HR Advisors and members of the wider HR team to deliver services.
