We are looking for a recruitment superstar to join us for a fixed term period working alongside our other Business Specialists - People to deliver core people services across the People function and Toitu Te Whenua. This fixed term role will specifically be focused on supporting our team and Leaders through an upgrade of our Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS). In this role you can expect your days to be spent:
Providing an approachable and responsive first point of contact for people leaders and employees.Working closely with the wider People team to ensure that advice being given is consistent and in line with wider organisational strategy and direction.Assisting in the delivery of projects, specifically in relation to the ATS upgrade.Contributing to the development of documentation and reporting related to the ATS upgrade.To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience operating as a Recruitment Advisor/consultant (either public or private sector).Experience supporting the implementation of a recruitment system is advantageous.An open and willing attitude towards cross-team collaboration and engagement.A focus on delivery and a willingness to take accountability and ownership of work, while adapting to changing priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to both influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the agility to help us achieve the best possible outcomes for the business without losing sight of our "people" focus.The annual salary range for this role is: $76,000 - $95,000 depending on experience.
