Job Description Located in vibrant Parnell, we're on the hunt for a passionate and proactive HR professional to take the lead in providing dynamic support across a diverse portfolio!
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving exciting group projects and initiatives, while delivering some of our Learning & Development offerings.
You'll play a key part in leading change management and integration processes, helping to spearhead culture transformation, optimize processes and refine policies.
Here's what you will be doing: HR Advice: Be the trusted advisor to our people leaders, offering expert guidance on performance management, employee relations, remuneration, and L&D.
Lead policy reviews, develop new procedures, and drive workforce planning, succession, and capability building.
Resolve employee relations issues and coach leaders through performance management issues, minimizing legal risk.
Partner with managers on talent development, workforce needs, and driving our very own GROW performance management program.
Learning & Development: Coordinate and deliver impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually Continuously enhance programs based on feedback and coach employees to support their growth.
Lead succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Remuneration: Support the remuneration and performance review process with the HR Director, ensuring competitive and fair outcomes.
Provide data-driven remuneration advice and manage external salary survey databases.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze key HR metrics to uncover insights that drive business success.
Develop engaging dashboards and analyze trends in turnover and employee data to recommend improvements.
Coaching & Mentoring: Champion people initiatives that align with company values and support business changes and integrations.
Provide managers with expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and team development to foster a high-performance culture.
Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with managers and employees to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
Collaborate across teams and entities to achieve positive business outcomes.
Qualifications Here's what you'll bring to the table: A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, OR equivalent hands-on experience that showcases your HR expertise.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and how to apply it in the workplace.
5+ years of solid HR experience in a similar role, where you've made a real impact.
A results-driven attitude—you thrive on challenges and excel under pressure.
Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to connect with employees at all levels and provide expert guidance.
A collaborative spirit, ready to work seamlessly within a team while also owning your responsibilities.
Proven problem-solving and conflict management skills that help you tackle even the trickiest situations.
A knack for handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
Strong client relationship management, critical thinking, and consulting/influencing skills that make you a trusted advisor.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines with ease.
The capability to work independently while also contributing to a team's success.
Demonstrated flexibility, courage, and confidence when tackling challenges head-on.
Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present insights.
