About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have experience of partnering with people leaders to build and develop their teams' capability and performance.
Enjoy managing your own portfolio and partnering with senior leaders across the organisation.
Have a minimum of 6 years of sound HR generalist experience.
Love working in collaborative teams, where you can showcase your agility.
Have experience aligning HR strategies to business needs.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to coach, advise and negotiate effectively.
