3 months Senior Human Resources Advisor – Contract – Immediate Start We are looking for a true HR generalist with experience in ER case management with NZ employment legislation and ideally Australian law too.
Working for a great employment brand, this is a stand alone role, so someone well rounded in all HR remits is essential.
About the Role/Responsibilities: Provide end to end HR advice, support and coaching to your stakeholders Employee lifecycle management HR policies and compliance Rem and Benefits HR data analytics and reporting Employee engagement initiative management Drive People programmes and project Talent Management and Recruitment Health and Safety Interpret HR policy, procedure and legislation requiring and dealing with complex issues across NZ and Australia sites Employment relations Driving Change and Transformation Based Auckland City fringe $50 per hour Minimum 3 month contract (approx) Hybrid – options to work from home 2 days a week Working closely with: Executive team, Senior Leaders, Employees About you: You have previously worked in a similar role where you are considered a trusted advisor to the SLT and your key stakeholders in terms of supporting with all things HR, you are commercially astute and a hands on HR people person who is happy to be very visible "on the floor" and work closely with your people.
