The Opportunity Our team of People Business Partners work in a matrix model to be an effective conduit between the People team and the business unit.
This role is dedicated to supporting our Security Solution Delivery team, made up of software engineers, testers, and technical experts who design, develop and enhance our award-winning security products and features.
Your role is to be a trusted advisor on all things 'people'.
You will take the lead on driving the implementation of the Security people strategy into the teams and support leaders to confidently navigate people processes through the full employee lifecycle.
The Fit This role has plenty of variety and a really broad scope, so you'll need to be a strong HR Generalist to excel in this role.
