As a trusted expert, you'll work closely with our frontline teams to develop: A national wellbeing program driven by data and best practice research Psychosocial risk assessments and interventions Insights driven reporting across the spectrum of HSW Collaborate with senior leaders to provide wellbeing support, coaching, education, and leadership in alignment with our organisational strategy We are looking for someone with: A post graduate degree in occupational health and safety, or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years' experience in Health, Safety & Wellbeing, ideally with experience in critical risk management, and change Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to positively influence behaviour change and decision-making across a large stakeholder group Experience delivering and presenting organisational HSW performance reports Join a team that champions positive culture, collaboration, and fun!
