This exciting opportunity will have you leading a team of health and safety practitioners to establish a cohesive and aligned practice. You will be working closely with the National Health and Safety Manager to support the implementation of the HEB health and safety strategy and will play a pivotal role in helping us fulfil our goal of making sure all our people get home safe and healthy. You will also lead several key H&S projects that deliver to our Health and Safety strategy.Our ideal candidate will possess several years' experience working in a construction health and safety environment, proven experience leading a team of H&S professionals distributed across multiple locations, and a strong understanding of health and safety legislation and principles, particularly critical control management.
