What You'll Do Provide stewardship and support delivery of the governance system for the DepartmentWork alongside senior leaders and lead through influence rather than authority to achieve resultsPerform advisory and support functions, including working with Chairs and Deputy Chairs to develop committee work programmesCompile agendas, minute meetings, and engage across the organisation in support of our governance committeesSupport the continuous improvement of the system, recommending and implementing enhancementsIntegrate and work with Tier 2 and Tier 3 Executive leadersWhat you'll Bring High standard of written work and attention to detailAbility to exercise sound judgement and tact when engaging with stakeholdersExperience building and maintaining strong working relationshipsComfortable managing competing deadlines and prioritiesTeam player who enjoys collaborating with others to deliver resultsThe ideal candidate for the Senior Governance Advisor position brings a high standard of written work coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
