Compliance & Training Lead

We are seeking a Compliance and Training Lead who will play a key role in ensuring our clients organisation remains compliant with all relevant regulations while fostering a culture of awareness and understanding across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement compliance training programs to educate and engage internal stakeholders.
Build strong relationships across the organisation to enhance awareness and understanding of regulatory obligations.
Ensure the organisation is kept up to date on relevant compliance requirements, legislative changes, and best practices.
Provide expert advice and guidance to teams on how to integrate compliance into daily operations.
Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and address gaps in compliance knowledge.
Support the development of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and their practical application in a business environment.
Proven ability to communicate complex regulations in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner.
Demonstrated experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, from front-line staff to senior leaders.
Strong organisational and project management skills to lead and deliver effective training programs.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and educate others.
