Your RoleTo acquire, grow and retain a portfolio of corporate NZ clients through leveraging existing networks and working with the new business team.
What you'll be doingAbout the Role: Build and maintain lasting customer relationships, including essential contacts, account dealing preferences, and activity flows for foreign exchange hedging needs.Work closely with internal departments as client needs arise including credit, compliance, operations, and sales.Drive account retention and growth of wallet share through strong relationship management, understanding of Corpay's products, platforms, and offerings.Answer and process inbound/outbound calls.Book and confirm client transactions across available products – spots, limit orders, forwards, options, etc.Monitor and manage accounts in accordance with all key metrics.Direct communication with client(s) (in-person, phone, electronic) on a frequency that is acceptable to the client(s).Exhibit and utilize knowledge of foreign exchange industry and payment solutions to support clients' cash flow, product pricing, and profitability.Attend all scheduled trainings, meetings, or other events as assigned by manager or other levels of leadership.Responsible for all other duties assigned as needed.Required Qualifications 3+ years previous account management experience in the financial services industry preferable but not necessary.3+ years' experience in a middle office or client-facing role within the Financial Services sector.
