What You'll Do: Design & Develop: Build and deploy innovative features on our platform, Shuttlerock Cloud, delivering tangible value to our customers.
Lead & Mentor: Act as a technical leader, guiding junior developers and supporting new team members.
Innovate with Tech: Work with cutting-edge technologies like React, Typescript, and federated GraphQL, driving innovation in user experience and performance.
Set Standards: Define and uphold our front-end technical and UX design standards.
Collaborate & Create: Partner with a highly agile, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software at speed and scale.

What You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 7+ years in software development (or 5+ with an advanced degree), with deep expertise in React and Typescript.
Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with top cloud providers, crafting high-quality applications.
Communication: Fluent, idiomatic English skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus Points For: Higher Education: Master's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
Component Libraries & Design Systems: Proven experience in leading the definition of component libraries and maturing design systems in collaboration with UX designers.
Design Savvy: A keen eye for design and a passion for the intersection of creativity and technology.
High-Performance Development: Expertise in developing high-performance, accessible, and internationalized (I18n) web applications.
SSR & Cloud-Native: Experience with server-side rendering frameworks (like Remix, NextJS) and cloud-native/serverless technologies (AWS preferred).
