Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst The Opportunity As the Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of this business through the analysis and dissemination of insights to stakeholders. Join an organisation at a stage of real positive change where you will be working for a newly appointed Head of Finance. You will take a lead role in finalising the rollout of the reporting tool adaptive insights. This role will allow you to be the key broker of data and insights, and give you high visibility across the leadership and executive team. The Role Dive into a diverse range of financial and operational data, analysing trends and uncovering insights. Communicate and engage with stakeholders, ensuring that key information is effectively disseminated. Collaborate with managers to ensure that decision-making processes are informed by accurate and reliable data. Utilise reporting tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms to create impactful reports and visualizations. Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency in regards to how data is gathered and presented across the business. Your Profile A background in finance or operations, with a solid understanding of business principles. Strong reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels. Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms. A proactive mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation in the presentation of information to the business.
