The Role
Are you an experienced accountant looking to bring your career and lifestyle to the next level? We're offering a unique chance to join us in Wanaka, one of New Zealand's most sought-after adventure hubs.

As the Senior Accountant, reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee all in-house accounting and financial administration for Wanaka Powersports and its associated businesses. You'll lead one direct report and work closely with the Executive Team to provide high-level financial guidance. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounting, financial systems and reporting while contributing to exciting projects across our diverse and growing portfolio, including Wanaka Powersports Adventure Rentals, Yamaha Powersports of Wanaka and Indi Imports.

What You'll Bring
A passion for the outdoors and a desire to live in Wanaka
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to advise and make sound decisions
Analytical thinking, high numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Proven experience in accounting or finance, ideally with CA qualifications or equivalent commercial experience
High integrity and an uncompromising work ethic
