About the Role: You'll join a team that has deep expertise across life, health, domestic and commercial insurance. There's already an established book of clients to service and retain, so you'll hit the ground running. However, the focus is not just on maintaining relationships – you'll also have the opportunity to expand the client base using the warm leads already in the business.

What You'll Bring: New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) with the Life and Health Insurance strand, allowing you to legally trade as a financial adviser.
Strong understanding of life and health insurance products, with the ability to tailor solutions to individual client needs.
Experience in client servicing and acquisition – you're comfortable with retention as well as proactive growth.
Great communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
