This role actively supports the Financial Controller in maintaining T&I's financial stability and records by enabling the business to make informed decisions while driving efficiency within the financial reporting process for Transport & Infrastructure, through activities including: Balance sheet reconciliations Preparation of financial reporting Consolidation budget preparation Liaise with Downer Group internal reporting/ audit teams Liaise with External Auditors Ensure all work is completed in line with deadlines Suggest & support continuous process improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with policy, The Downer Standards and relevant accounting standards Nga Pukenga Motuhake | Important Skills To be successful we are looking for candidates with the following attributes: Tertiary qualification in commerce, financial management Chartered Accountancy qualification Experience in providing financial management support Experience in leading and developing a finance team 3-5 years experience in an equivalent finance role Me pehea ki te tono | How to applyIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, click Apply Now to submit your application!
