The Senior Finance Manager will be supporting various aspects of the business integration plan. You will work closely with the Finance Lead of the integration project, Chapter Area Lead, CFO, and the business unit leaders to ensure a smooth and successful integration. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic growth initiative and to gain exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.This role will also be accountable for establishing finance operations shared service function and ensuring processes and control are robust. Business scope may include money in and money out, cashflow management, banking administration, unit pricing checks, and any other shared service management. For each of the defined finance operations, processes and controls need to be defined and operated effectively within Resolution Life's risk appetite.This role offers a permanent contract and embraces flexible working arrangements. You'll have the freedom to work remotely, with occasional office attendance required on an ad hoc basis, ensuring a harmonious balance between business needs and personal flexibility.Your StoryRLA has adopted agile ways of working, providing a flexible environment for individuals to make a significant contribution to our success through the application of their skill and experience.
