Senior Finance Business Partner

This is a newly created role, reporting to an experienced and supportive CFO who is looking for a strong commercial analyst to help drive the business forward.There has been significant change in growth in the organisation, resulting in this being the perfect time to adopt new processes, reporting and create some value adds to the operational business.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Produce commentary and analysis for senior management reporting for the executive teamBudgeting and forecasting, variance analysisWork closely with the Sales and Operations managers on continually evaluating pricing structures, including reviewing of new markets and competitorsInfluence senior managers by providing the data and the information to help drive changeTo be successful in this role you must have 8+ years experience in accounting/finance and a relevant qualification.You will ideally have used SAP, have experience with Power BI, and Excel is your best friend.You will be naturally curious, someone who loves to learn and to question the status quo.In a perfect world, you will have some costing experience, but this is not a be-all and end-all.You will definitely have the ability to interpret financial data and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.You will have a great sense of humour, love to have a bit of fun, and be a people person.If this sounds like a good fit for you and you have the right to work in NZ, please apply for a confidential discussion with Anna Brookes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
