To be successful in this role, it is essential to have experience and knowledge of how to fabricate APL products (i.e., experience in fabricating or machining either Vantage, Altherm, or First brand joinery). It is also important to be motivated, highly skilled, a great problem solver, have good clear communication, clean and tidy work habits with an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who takes a "lead by example" approach in the workplace.
