Senior Estimator Roading

Working on various civil aspects of land development, site works, roading and drainage there would be a vast amount of skill required to fill this role. What will you be required to do?

Estimation on roading, drainage, bulk earthworks and siteworks divisions on civil infrastructure-based projects.
Able to work out calculations for estimations on the new or maintenance on projects.
Ensure all Tenders are calculated and communicated through to the Quantity surveyors and contracts teams.
Calculating pricing estimates.
Negotiate with clients and suppliers to ensure projects will run in a timely manner.

Who you are:

You have worked in New Zealand for the last 10 years on Civil projects.
You can utilise MS Projects and have strong Xcel skills.
Effective civil/roading industry proficiency with a competent understanding of asset elements.
You have an eye for detail and are an analytical person.
You are a negotiator.
Have strong written and verbal skills.
You are reliable and responsible for the work you present.
