The opportunity We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Estimator looking to take the next step in their career.
This key role will be a crucial part of our Waikato/Bay of Plenty team, where you will lead the tendering process, overseeing bid preparation and post-tender negotiations for the division.
Key responsibilities: Lead the preparation of high-quality tenders, ensuring they meet the right price and risk profile Collaborate with stakeholders during post-tender negotiations to secure successful outcomes To succeed in this role, you will need the following: A strong background in commercial construction and quantity surveying, including pre-construction services Proven experience with estimating software Exceptional time management skills Excellent negotiation abilities and a talent for building business relationships The ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels Leadership skills to motivate and develop team members to reach their potential A team-oriented mindset, taking personal ownership and responsibility for results This is a permanent position with genuine potential for career advancement within a growing and dynamic organisation.
