Employees work a regular work-week and get home in time to be with family or explore everything that Hawkes Bay has to offer.Responsibilities Estimating – you will be key in leading and delivering comprehensive tenders that are sustainable, accurate and competitive.This will include measuring quantities and developing budgets for commercial projects.Liaison with clients – developers, consultants, councils and governments – it's important this person has the ability to communicate with stakeholders across the board.Develop and maintain relationships – You will be a key part of the team that helps this business win work and assure its ongoing success.Future leader – There's real potential for this person to become a senior leader in the business over time.We're looking for a New Zealand experienced Estimator who is capable and experienced with commercial projects.
