About the roleAs a full-time Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for a variety of earthworks and civil construction projects, ensuring we remain competitive and deliver the highest quality services to our clients.What you'll be doingLead the completion of tenders including liaising, negotiating and directing key senior staff to contribute and participate.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyse project-specific information.Ensure the analysis, logic and decisions from successful tenders and estimates are transitioned to construction/project plans and budgets.Conduct and manage appropriate risk analysis for every estimation and tender submission.Maintain accurate and up to date information through regular research and analysis of market performance, rates and fluctuations.Negotiate and secure best priced materials and supplies.What we're looking forYou should be an experienced estimator with at least 5 years experience in estimating for bulk earthworks and civil construction.
