Te Turanga | About the role As a Senior Environmental Monitoring Officer you will provide high level multi-faceted support to the team through the investigation, analysis, evaluation, and decision-making on significant, sensitive, or complex monitoring and compliance issues to ensure reliable and robust environmental outcomes for the City.
Key responsibilities include;
Providing support to the Team Leader to develop capability and performance within the team through mentoring and coaching.Taking the lead on complex cases.Ensuring the effective use of regulatory levers to influence better outcomes for the community.Participating in and leading initiatives to foster and enhance the awesome culture of our Team.Nga Pukenga | What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you'll bring;
