Provide top-tier consultancy services to clients, ensuring exceptional results in design, reporting, and supervision across various projects.Team Leader - Bridges & Civil Structures (New Plymouth): Lead and manage a team delivering bridge and civil structures projects. Oversee staff, project delivery, and foster collaboration with other bridge teams across New Zealand, including Whanganui and the wider North-West region. This leadership role will complement your core technical engineering duties, ensuring a balance of management and hands-on project work.About You:For Senior Engineer:A minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge and civil structures engineering and asset managementA relevant 4-year tertiary qualification in civil engineering (equivalent to Washington Accord)Chartered Professional Engineer (or working towards Chartership)Seismic engineering experience is an advantageFor Team Leader:A minimum of 7 years of experience in bridge or civil structures engineeringRelevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering or related disciplinesProven leadership skills with experience managing project delivery and staffStrong collaboration skills to work with teams across the regionWhy Join our Client?You'll be part of a global organisation known for its commitment to future-proofing cities and the environment.
