You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, leverage your local Canterbury knowledge across commercial, residential and infrastructure projects, upskill others in 3D modelling (Civil 3D/12D), conduct technical design calculations, manage project deliveries, and build trusted client relationships.Requirements: NZ Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years' experience with CPEng credentials (or very close), expertise in civil design/modelling/drainage/roading, proven project/people management abilities, and strong communication skills.Role 2: Senior Structural Engineer (CPEng) (Christchurch)Join a leading multi-disciplinary firm as a Senior Structural Engineer overseeing a team of engineers/technicians.
