Senior Legal Counsel – ER Leadership role, permanent Auckland CBD We have a permanent role for an experienced Senior Employment Relations Partner, with private sector or in-house counsel experience and strong ER and IR experience. This role will provide ER and IR expertise to People Leaders and the broader P&C Team. Day To Day You Could Expect To Work On Providing employment law and industrial relations advice Assessing and managing legal risk for ER matters Supporting the ER team Mentoring and coaching the broader P&C team Working closely with various stakeholders Driving process efficiencies Supporting various projects About you: In-depth knowledge of NZ employment law LLB qualification Senior level legal expertise in private legal practice or in-house role Current or ability to undertake Practising Certificate Strong expertise in employment law and industrial relations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great opportunity to provide strategic input and subject matter expertise to senior stakeholders and support and build capability.
