Senior Electrical Design Engineer

The Role Working alongside the automation design and engineering team, this role will see you take electrical design autonomy on a range of industrial projects. With an electrical focus, you will utilise your design skills to collaborate with clients in the meat processing, paper and pulp, and dairy industries.
The nature of the role will position you as a key contact to clients throughout the full project lifecycle stages, making your expertise and input highly valued.
About You Bringing extensive experience in electrical distribution design, you will be a driven individual that enjoys building strong relationships alongside partnered clients.
Additionally, you will hold:
At least 7 years of electrical design experience in low voltage distribution and industrial controls Experience troubleshooting electrical machine components including PLCs, VSDs, and motor drives Client-facing experience in providing design scope of works, timelines, and price estimations Design experience in EPLAN, and working knowledge of Siemens and Schneider PLCs advantageous but not essential Relevant electrical engineering degree The Opportunity This opportunity is due to growth and offers a diverse pipeline of complex work within the region.
