Senior Electrical Design Engineer

The Role

Working alongside the automation design and engineering team, this role will see you take electrical design autonomy on a range of industrial projects. With an electrical focus, you will utilize your design skills to collaborate with clients in the meat processing, paper and pulp, and dairy industry.

The nature of the role will position you as a key contact to clients throughout the full project lifecycle stages, making your expertise and input highly valued.
About You

Bringing extensive experience in electrical distribution design, you will be a driven individual that enjoys building strong relationships alongside partnered clients.
Additionally You Will Hold

At least 7 years electrical design experience in low voltage distribution and industrial controls
Experience troubleshooting electrical machine components including PLCs, VSDs, and motor drives
Client-facing experience in providing design scope of works, timelines, and price estimations
Design experience in EPLAN, and working knowledge of Siemens and Schneider PLCs advantageous but not essential
Relevant electrical engineering degree
