This role would suit somebody who is located close to Warkworth, with 3 days per week at Snells Beach and 2 days in our Newmarket office (situated close to public transport).
Based at the new Snells Beach Wastewater Treatment Plant, you will be working 3 days on site, and 2 days in our Newmarket office. This location would be ideal if you are living close to Warkworth and wanting something closer to home.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the completion of a new modern Wastewater Treatment plant to service Warkworth and the surrounding areas.
You will be managing the project documentation in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), while also managing workflows in SharePoint and Teams, and assisting with reports, and additional Document Control support.
You will be working closely with the project manager, developing and implementing a Document Management Plan (DMP), and continuously looking at ways to improve the systems over the life of the project.
You are a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a team, both in the office and onsite. Your experience includes:
A solid background in document control with advanced experience in Aconex DMS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Stakeholder relationship skills, both internally and externally
Strong attention to detail (it really is important in this role)
A focus on continuous improvement of systems and process
Preferably you will have a tertiary qualification in science or similar
Ideally you will have worked in project engineering and infrastructure projects.
