This role will be charged with driving the combined digital marketing strategy and execution across both Volpara and Lunit Cancer Screening. Success in this role means that both Lunit Cancer Screening and Volpara will have a strong online presence, be well known in targeted key accounts, and have a data-driven approach to marketing campaigns.

What you will be doing:
Developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including website management, ABM, SEO, PPC, display ads, and social media.
Exploring and implementing AI-driven marketing solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Establishing a robust marketing technology stack, including the use of AI, to streamline and automate key marketing processes.
Optimizing website for user experience, lead generation, and conversions across BOTH Lunit and Volpara sites.
Implementing an integrated marketing approach to generate qualified leads through channels (e.g., events, webinars, email marketing, partnerships).
Establishing a robust lead management process, lead scoring, and nurturing.
Overseeing social media strategy across BOTH Lunit and Volpara channels.
Leading data-driven insights to identify trends, continuously improve the performance of marketing campaigns, and review allocation of resources.
Preparing regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Establishing and overseeing digital video strategy.
What you will bring to the role:
Essential:
10+ years in a digital marketing role in a global B2B and/or healthcare domain.
Team leadership experience.
Account-based marketing, SEO, Analytics, Website, Email marketing experience.
University Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Desirable:
Solid understanding of AI.

Other things to note:
Please note that this role will be hybrid if the successful applicant lives within commuting distance of our New Zealand office (Wellington) or US office (Lynnwood, WA). For candidates outside these locations, the role will be fully remote.
