Senior Devops Azure Engineer

Join an organisation supporting Kiwi's and the future of New Zealand! You will be working as part of the Cloud Operations team, supporting the Azure cloud environments.
This role is all about being the Lead to take team from an On-Prem and Cloud environment to a DevOps operation.
You will be the Azure infrastructure SME in the team, helping upskill your team members in cloud operations and DevOps. You will be exposed to projects, including:
On-prem and Azure upgrades and replacements
Moving the team to a DevOps operation
Monitoring system performance and patching as required
Responding to incidents and mitigating future risks
Being the technical lead on projects
Resource optimisation, ensuring cloud resources are being used efficiently
To be successful in this role, you need:
5 years of experience in Microsoft ICT systems
Microsoft Azure Cloud Operations (DevOps, Process Automation, ADO)
Infrastructure as Code
Bicep
PowerShell scripting
Bear in mind you must hold a NZ citizenship.
