Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Development Management Team.Identify and acquire development-led opportunities.Oversee delivery, performance, and feasibility of projects.Manage project cash flows and negotiate development agreements.Handle master planning, consenting, and stakeholder engagement.Coordinate with project consultants and manage design, procurement, and tendering.Prepare comprehensive reports for the board and executive team.Strategize and execute high-density development programs. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 10 years of experience in property development with a strong track record.Deep understanding of the New Zealand property market and extensive industry contacts.Experience in land development preferred.Relevant tertiary qualification.Expertise in all stages of property development: funding, feasibility, planning, construction, marketing, and sales.Excellent communication, numeracy, and commercial skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for identifying and seizing opportunities.Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
