As a crucial member of the Investment Technology team, you will play an integral role in developing and supporting our investment management and fund accounting platform.

You'll be encouraged to build a strong understanding of the platform's business operations, with opportunities for growth into a leadership role that bridges business and technology.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Head of Investment Technology and engage directly with business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain functionality supporting our investment management and fund accounting operations, including instrument management, order management, portfolio management, pricing data, custodial data, cash management, fund pricing, and fund tax.Contribute to shaping our cloud-based technical architecture, with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.Solve intricate challenges that are essential to the operations of a boutique fund manager, delivering solutions that are robust and aligned with business goals.Participate in the full development lifecycle from design through to deployment, actively contributing to a high-performing development environment and CI/CD practices.About YouA degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.Experience in the investment management industry, including a strong understanding of investment data, Order Management Systems (OMS), Portfolio Management Systems (PMS), complex financial instruments, and fund pricing.A minimum of 10 years of software development experience, ideally with some experience in a lead role.
