In this role, you'll be at the forefront of: Ensuring our 3 Waters infrastructure exceeds industry standards from design to execution.
Leading the verification of designs and drawings, ensuring they meet and surpass required standards.
Collaborating with asset managers, project managers, and external contractors to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Overseeing resource planning and management to maintain top-tier quality assurance.
Mentoring and developing our design team, building a culture of excellence and high performance.
What you'll bring to the team: A tertiary qualification in civil engineering.
Over 15 years of high-level engineering, design, and review experience in three waters.
A proven track record of mentoring and training design teams in best practices.
Deep knowledge of local authority infrastructure engineering, design, and lifecycle management.
A team-oriented mindset with highly developed communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring others.
A consultative, flexible, and innovative approach to leadership and problem-solving.
