If you enjoy working as part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional patient services, enjoy coaching others, are comfortable working across all branches, and will thrive in an environment surrounded by great imaging and administrative staff, then we'd love to hear from you.Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:Lead/assist the CT team, specifically in the provision of providing a high-quality CT service.Contribute to protocol development with continued process review in conjunction with our CT Service Lead.High levels of communication and relationship management with local referrers and patients.Perform a wide range of CT Imaging procedures and apply professional knowledge in selecting and adapting methods best suited with a high level of independence.Provide technical advice to both radiologist and technical staff to ensure an effective outcome for the patient.Responsibility for internal CT training as required.Fully participate in the CT, CT On-call roster and PET CT with the ability to work in x-ray as required.Our employee benefits include:A competitive salary package including Southern Cross health insurance.5 weeks annual leave, plus 5 days domestic leave per year.Generous continuous professional development opportunities/allowance.Great work/lifestyle balance.To be successfully appointed to this role, you will have:Knowledge of relevant CT medical imaging techniques.Knowledge of current trends in quality assurance protocols.Demonstrated knowledge of best practice CT Imaging.An understanding of the requirements of clinical and professional clients.Demonstrated knowledge of the responsibilities of a CT Technologist in the safe delivery imaging procedures.An appreciation of medico-legal responsibilities in the delivery of Imaging Services.A relevant tertiary qualification and a current annual practicing certificate.If you are interested in being considered for this role, please submit your cover letter and current CV.Please note, appointment to this position will be conditional on a satisfactory Police vetting and risk assessment as per the Children's Act 2014. #J-18808-Ljbffr
