The Council is chaired by a retired judge and consists of 11 members: 5 media and 6 public. The Council meets 8 times a year. In dealing with complaints, the Council gives primary consideration to the public interest and freedom of expression.The Senior Complaints Manager role is a key position with comprehensive oversight of the whole complaints process. The role is responsible for leadership and ownership of the end-to-end complaints process, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring efficient and effective operations.Do you have:A keen interest in the mediaExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to multitask, managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional relationshipsA strong commitment to quality of work and attention to detailOutstanding Microsoft Office technology skills with a love for process and technology improvements5+ years complaints management experienceLegal experience is preferred.If you answered yes then please apply today.
