We are seeking a future-focussed, dynamic people-person who can traverse Te Ao Maori comfortably, providing manaaki of our people on sentence and kaitiaki of our community work centre as Senior Community Work Supervisor.As a Senior Community Work Supervisor, you will oversee and manage community workers serving community work sentences on meaningful projects at schools, reserves, community groups, Marae, and churches.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing people in our care who have been sentenced to community detention or community workManaging community work projectsMonitoring sentence complianceBuilding work relationships with community agenciesMentoring and coaching Community Work SupervisorsThis is a full-time, permanent position.We seek a dynamic person able to guide and motivate people in our care to complete their community work hours.
