Senior Communications Advisor Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We're looking for a Senior Communications Advisor to join our team in Auckland. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with our leadership teams in Auckland and Melbourne to drive impactful internal communication strategies across our international group. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and delivering integrated programmes that enhance corporate communications, promote sustainability initiatives, and elevate our global profile.
Key responsibilities include: Developing Group-wide and Executive communications and ensuring internal messaging, resources and content are on brand and aligned with culture.Contributing to and implementing an internal communications plan that leverages our strategic objectives – including the development and management of a portfolio of platforms.Providing communications advice and expertise to the Executive Leadership team.Developing engaging multi-channel and two-way internal communications and content, that helps to drive our desired behaviours, outcomes and culture.Supporting the wider Communications team with expertise beyond core internal communication focus as needed.If you're passionate about impactful communication and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

With several years of experience in a communications or marketing role, you excel at developing and implementing creative solutions to communication challenges, advising senior leaders, and working collaboratively to deliver communication that engages, informs and aligns audiences.
Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build credibility and maintain effective relationships across teams at all levels of an organisation. You're eager to learn, contribute to the team's success, and support the broader business, making you an invaluable asset in any dynamic environment.
