Senior Commercial Project Manager

Job Opportunity: Senior/Associate Project Manager A leading consultancy with capabilities across all types of commercial construction projects is looking for a Senior/Associate Project Manager to join the team.
Clients exist across a variety of public and private sectors with a range in project size and value anywhere between $10-100M+.
This particular role will start off on a $100M+ project, making it a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running with a great business.
The Role This autonomous role will see you take responsibility for external and internal clients, including: Programme management Commercial negotiations and contract management Design management and procurement Initially, you'll be focused on the project delivery of this large build, but going forward, you will manage projects through design/pre-construction, etc.
This role requires: Experience as a Project Manager for a consultancy operating in the construction industry Commercial construction experience Highly technical background – degree qualified preferred Analytical skills – able to understand specifications, drawings, and formulate work programmes Ability to drive and achieve deadlines Strong communication skills – capable of communicating with anyone, from the board to an onsite contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr
