The role involves supervising redevelopment progress for one of our iconic 15-level buildings, budgeting, ensuring construction safety, and project control.
The Senior Commercial Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process and managing resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.QualificationsSupervisory skills and project control abilities5 years or more experience in a similar roleBudgeting and construction safety knowledgeExperience in managing commercial construction projects (management experience in high-rise building redevelopment is ideal)Strong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferredCertifications in construction and project management are a plusAdvanced level of proficiency in using Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction-related softwareSeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Management and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
