Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Commercial Construction Manager at Stonewood Group in Auckland CBD.
The role involves supervising redevelopment progress for one of our iconic 15-level buildings, budgeting, ensuring construction safety, and project control.
The Senior Commercial Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process and managing resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications Supervisory skills and project control abilities 5 years or more experience in a similar role Knowledge of budgeting and construction safety Experience in managing commercial construction projects (management experience in high-rise building redevelopment is ideal) Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred Certifications in construction and project management are a plus Advanced level of proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction-related software #J-18808-Ljbffr
