Southern Cross Healthcare is seeking an Operational Specialist to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. The Brightside Hospital team is looking for a self-motivated Facilities Manager responsible for the day-to-day building management of the hospital. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work with the team in the national support office on capital requirements, requests, and the delivery of upgrades or replacements. They must also ensure a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors. For this position, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facilities Manager. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 per year.
